LAKE FRONT PROPERTIES

 

Lake front properties are highly valued at Lake Tahoe.  A Lakefront property with no privacy, no beach or docking facilities should slightly more valuable than a Lakeview property with a completely unobstructed view very close in to the lake. On the other hand, a LakeFront property with Docks, beach, view and all is most valuable.  As with all factors, these values are meant to be typical, and each property is an individual
